EasyStudio (Pty) Ltd is a registered digital design and development studio based in Johannesburg, South Africa. We build web platforms, digital products and provide ongoing care services for businesses in regulated and high-performance industries.

Form submissions are transmitted securely via Cloudflare Workers (encrypted in transit) and delivered to our internal inbox via Resend. We do not store form submissions in a database. Email correspondence is retained in our business email system.

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

Third-party processors

We use the following third-party services that may process your personal information on our behalf:

• Cloudflare: website hosting, security, and bot protection (Turnstile). Cloudflare processes request data through its global network. Cloudflare Privacy Policy
• Resend: transactional email delivery. Form submission data is passed to Resend solely to deliver your enquiry to our inbox. Resend Privacy Policy

We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with any other third parties.

Cookies

This website uses cookies. Necessary cookies are required for the site to function and are set automatically. All other cookies (analytics, marketing) are only set with your explicit consent, which you can manage via the cookie preference banner or by clicking Manage preferences.
